These Affiliate Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Vyapar Dial ("Company", "Vyapar Dial", "we", "our", or "us") and any Affiliate ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") participating in the Vyapar Dial Affiliate Program.
Affiliates are independent business persons and are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, franchisees, consultants, or staff members of Vyapar Dial.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employer-employee relationship between Vyapar Dial and the Affiliate.
Affiliates shall not represent themselves as employees, officers, staff members, or authorized representatives of Vyapar Dial.
Affiliates shall not receive:
Salary
Fixed remuneration
Allowances
Incentives unless specifically approved
Employee benefits
Provident Fund (PF)
ESI
Gratuity
Bonus
Leave benefits
Medical benefits
Insurance benefits
Reimbursement of expenses
Affiliates shall earn only the commission or profit margin allowed under the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates are responsible for:
Finding and canvassing customers for Vyapar Dial.
Explaining Vyapar Dial services and packages accurately.
Creating customer accounts through the Affiliate Dashboard.
Providing login credentials to customers.
Assisting customers with package selection when required.
Collecting payments from customers, where permitted.
Affiliates shall not make false promises, guarantees, or representations regarding Vyapar Dial services.
After creating a customer account:
Affiliates must select the package chosen by the customer.
The Vyapar Dial system will automatically display the amount payable.
Affiliates may retain only the approved commission percentage.
The balance amount must be remitted to Vyapar Dial through the Affiliate Dashboard.
All payments due to Vyapar Dial must be remitted promptly and accurately.
Affiliate commissions shall be determined solely by Vyapar Dial.
Vyapar Dial reserves the right to:
Modify commission percentages.
Revise package rates.
Introduce new packages.
Suspend or discontinue commission structures.
Any changes may be implemented without prior notice.
All customer accounts created through the Vyapar Dial platform remain the sole property of Vyapar Dial.
Affiliates acquire no ownership rights over customer accounts, data, subscriptions, listings, or business relationships established through the platform.
Affiliates shall not:
Misrepresent Vyapar Dial services.
Collect unauthorized charges.
Create fake customer accounts.
Manipulate package pricing.
Use deceptive marketing practices.
Engage in spam, fraud, or misleading promotions.
Use Vyapar Dial trademarks without permission.
Violation may result in immediate termination.
All expenses incurred by Affiliates, including:
Travel
Communication
Internet
Marketing
Office expenses
Customer visits
shall be borne solely by the Affiliate.
Vyapar Dial shall not reimburse any expenses.
Vyapar Dial may suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at its sole discretion without prior notice if:
These Terms are violated.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Customer complaints are received.
Payments are not remitted properly.
Termination shall not create any liability on Vyapar Dial.
Vyapar Dial shall not be liable for:
Loss of business
Loss of profit
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Affiliate expenses
Customer disputes arising from Affiliate conduct
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
By registering as an Affiliate and using the Affiliate Dashboard, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
